Our e-bikes require minimal assembly. Typically, this involves connecting the handlebars or installing the wheels. All necessary tools are included within the e-bike's packaging.
Before attempting to use the e-bike, ensure the battery is fully charged. Once charged, the charger's LED indicator will change from red to green. You can then activate the e-bike via the display unit. For some models, you must first turn on the battery power switch (usually located on top of the battery) by pressing and holding it for 3 seconds. After the battery is on, activate the e-bike via the display.
If the power assistance still doesn't engage:
Check that the speed setting is adjusted to 1, 2, or 3 (0 indicates no power assistance).
If the issue persists, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.
How often you need to service your e-bike depends on how frequently you use it.
Daily use: We recommend a monthly check. Ensure correct tire pressure, check for signs of excessive wear on key components, and ensure all bolts are securely tightened according to the instructions.
Infrequent use: We recommend charging the battery at least every 3 months to maintain its health.

The best way to avoid punctures is to regularly check your tire pressure and maintain it at the level recommended by the manufacturer.
