For non-quality related issues, customers may request a product replacement or return within 15 days of receipt. A 10% processing fee will apply, though this fee may be waived if a replacement order is placed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of $150. A return shipping label will be provided, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. Alternatively, customers may choose to handle the return shipment themselves or arrange for self-return.
